Are the items flat packed?

Most of our items come flat packed. The assembly is very easy, as it only consists of attaching the legs to the base with provided fixings.

What is your returns procedure?

If you dislike the item, or it doesn’t suit your needs, you are entitled to a full refund if the items are returned with original packaging and resalable condition to our warehouse within 14 days of the delivery date. What if the item reaches me damaged?

If any of your items are damaged or defective, please take a photograph of the damage and forward it to our customer services at We will then arrange a free of charge replacement and a collection of the faulty goods if needed.

Can you offer any further discounts?

What is your delivery time?

We aim to pack and dispatch our orders within 24 to 48 hours; we using Yodel UK, Evri, XDP, DPD local and ParcelForce Express service for all UK Mainland customer. For heavy weight/ big volume/ fragile products such as sofa or marble table we are using BJS 2 man home delivery or pallet delivery service.

Can I mix and match colours of chairs sold in sets?

Unfortunately, the sets come in one colour. To mix and match you will need to order each chair individually.

Yes, the cushions are removable; they’re fixed onto the seat with 4 bolts.

Do you have a show room?

No, unfortunately we do not have a showroom; our products are only viewable online.

How do I arrange to pick up my order from your warehouse?

If you would rather collect your order from our warehouse than have it delivered to your house, please contact us via email on to schedule. Please keep in mind that we are open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, and need at least two hours’ notice before your arrival.

Do you have material samples so I could see how the colour looks in real life?

Unfortunately, we do not supply material samples.

How much weight can the chair hold up?

We advise to not exceed the load of 100 kilograms.

How do I return an item?

If the item is faulty or defective please contact us, and we will arrange a courier to collect the items from you. If you simply changed your mind, or find the items unsuitable, you will need to arrange for a courier to collect those from you and return them to our warehouse. What do I do if my item arrived damaged/defective?

We try our best to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, but we understand this isn’t always the case. If you received damaged or defective goods please contact us via e-mail on and attach a photograph of the defect/damage. We will get back to you within 24 hours, providing you with all available options.

What do I do if I’m missing items from my order?

If you are missing an item, please contact us via e-mail and we will provide you with the necessary assistance.

What do I do if I received the wrong item?

If you received goods that you haven’t ordered, please e-mail us photographs of what you have received, we will then be able to take you through our replacement procedure.

No, we are an online only retailer.

Do you let your dropshipping sell your products on their website,ebay and Amazon?

Yes, you are welcome to sell our products on any platforms. We are not asking all our client to use our brand which means you can rebrand the products yourself. we have RRP set on each products. However, the prices to you will be RRP prices with 65.5% discounts. However, we recommend you to take pictures with your own shop style. It'll be advantage to yourself to avoid direct competitions.

Do you provide product feeds and live stock and price feeds to integrate into our system?

Yes, we have dropbox file can share with you with stock level and price.

Do you accept bulk orders via spreadsheet? is there an email address that these orders can be emailed to or do they need to be uploaded onto the website?

Your are welcome to use our website to place orders. Alternatives, you can email us: with csv filter for bulk orders.

How do you accept payment for the bulk orders? is it once a week, daily or another way?

We only accept payment on orders. However, credit account is available on application with at least 2 years trading history.

Do you send tracking information for the orders placed in bulk via email? if not, how can we access that information to automate the process?

How often do you update stock feeds, and how can we access them via email or do we need to go on to your website?

We are regularly updating our stock feeds via dropbox or google file.

Do you have the contract that we can sign as confirmation for marketplaces as e.g. ebay?

There is no need for that. A lot of our customers selling on different marketplaces without any issues.
